Bringing my specail mix of strategy & analyasis, I joined the Marriott Hotel brands through way of Digitas agency (NYC). My role spanned from supporting Data Analysis, Survey Activation, and Manager of Digitas’ Summer Analytics Internship. Coming from a data storytelling background, I supported Marriott workstreams to support performance dashboarding for the primary brand, Excel reporting for smaller luxury and boutique brands, and was an internal lead when bridging communication across the Analytics department internationally.

Outcome:

  • Contribute to Marriotts 4% YtD revenue increasing, regaining market success post COVID-19.

  • Optimize surveys with better formatting, improved demographic targeting, and clearier messaging.

  • All Summer Interns completing their program successfully with gaining skillsets in reporting, presentation speaking, and problem solving.
